The world is full of contradictions. It is a joke. People tell you to stand up for yourself, then when you do they are offended. They tell you to dress better, then claim you are trying to hard. So how do you get by? How does one become successful in this world? You quit using your eyes, and start using your brain. Look inside yourself. what do you want? Who cares if others believe you are a doormat? Perhaps you simply want to avoid conflict. Who cares if others think you could be thinner? Smarter? Funnier? Who cares if he chooses someone else over you? Don’t waste the pretty, sweetie. So remove the glue from your ears, your eyes, your lips. Remove it from your hair, your clothes, your shoes. Quit allowing others’ comments to stick to you, good or bad. For you are what you wish to appear to be. You are who you are.

Riley Children’s Hospital is a remarkable organization that helps to make families whole again. One cannot begin to imagine the pain that comes with losing a child. These kids are so unbelievably brave and inspirational. We must reach out for them because they cannot do it themselves.
